The feeding conveyor conveys the straw evenly to the shredder, and through the shearing and tearing effect, the straw is crushed into smaller particle size; the particle size of the crushed straw is below 30mm, and the capacity can be up to 30t/h. After the straw is crushed and processed, it can be burned directly to generate electricity; or compressed and reduced to facilitate transportation; and it can be processed to become fuel pellets (RDF/SRF) after fine crushing. The whole set of production line is equipped with professional dust removal system, which can dispose of the dust generated during the crushing process efficiently without secondary pollution.
