Waste wood belongs to recyclable garbage, because waste wood still has the value of utilization, and recyclable garbage refers to waste paper, waste plastics, waste glass products, waste metals, waste fabrics and other suitable for recovery, recyclable household waste. In addition, recyclables should be put out gently, clean and dry to avoid pollution, and waste paper should be flattened as much as possible; three-dimensional packages should be emptied of their contents, flattened and put out after cleaning, and those with sharp edges should be wrapped and put out.
The loading conveyor conveys the wood uniformly to the shredder, which crushes the wood into smaller particle size through shearing and tearing, and the capacity can reach 30t/h. After crushing, the wood can be burned directly for power generation; or compressed and reduced for convenient transportation; it can also be processed into fuel pellets (RDF/SRF) after fine crushing. The whole set of production line is equipped with professional dust removal system, which can efficiently dispose of the dust generated during the crushing process without secondary pollution.
