Scrap rubber refers to end-of-life vulcanized rubber or rubber products, such as scrap tires, scrap rubber sundries, scrap hose tapes, scrap rubber shoes, etc. It also includes the edge remnants of rubber products produced during the production process or the waste samples after testing. The waste rubber can be treated by different processes such as crushing, sorting, grinding, etc., and can be made into fine rubber powder, recycled rubber, etc.
Waste rubber mixed with steel wire, such as various wheel tires, need to first extract the steel wire with a wire extraction machine, and then by the chain plate machine into the special tire shredder, the machine is a double shaft shredder and ring drum screen combined structure, crushing and screening at the same time, the processed material is then sent to the steel wire separator and pelletizing machine in turn, separating the steel wire, fibers and rubber particles, and finally the rubber particles will be fed into the grinding machine, to get a certain mesh number of qualified rubber powder.
