There are two main sources of waste textiles, one is from textile mills, the fiber materials generated in the various processes of spinning, weaving and finished product production and processing, such as scraps, waste yarn, waste cloth, etc., and the other is the old garments, home textiles, upholstery, etc. that are no longer being used in the consumer sector. Waste textiles are high calorific value waste, which can be baled and transported or made into high calorific value RDF fuel after pre-crushing by shredder.
The loading conveyor will evenly transport the waste textiles to the shredder, through the shearing and tearing effect, the waste textiles will be crushed into smaller particle size, and then the iron remover will sort out the iron wire, iron sheet and other metals, and the other materials will be packed and transported or converted into high calorific value RDF fuel for use. The whole set of production line is equipped with a professional dust reduction system, which can efficiently dispose of the dust generated during the crushing process, without secondary pollution.
